2008 Programming Contest

The 2008 ACM North Central North America Programming Contest sponsored by IBM is calling talented students from colleges and universities throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Western Ontario, Manitoba, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas.

The 2008 ACM Regional contest at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will be held on Saturday, November 15. To register for the contest, follow the instructions below.

Our Nebraska site will provide each team with room and board and contest souvenirs!

The top teams in the region advance to the World Finals which will be held in Stockholm Sweden April 21-25, 2008.

In recent years the Finals have been held in exotic locales such as Alberta, Waikiki, Prague, Shanghai, and Tokyo. IBM pays for Finals teams to stay for several days at five star hotels at the very best locations. The site for the Finals this year is Banff Springs in the Canadian Rockies!.

There will be a Saturday evening Reception and Sponsors' and Attending Colleges' Displays!
